We have been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and there has been a lot of changes since. We both are active women, love sports, have kids, like to spend time with family and friends. And at the same time, we like to be fit & healthy, but there`s not always time for everything.
With HoloFitZone we have created a possibility to stay active and get fit while you workout at home with hologram fitness. Not only is it a great way to improve life quality, but it`s also a new and innovative solution, something different than just a regular screen.

Get fit and lose weigth
I love my family and spending time together with them is important to me. I also like to be fit and feel beautiful and often it`s really challanging to find time for both .... With HoloFitZone I can save time and work out whenever I have a moment next to my work and family. My favourite hologram fitness trainings are strength trainings and high intensity workouts, where I can really push my limits. Just love the fancy look of the 3D coach in my living room motivating me to jump higher or squat deeper!
My goal is to have my health indicators under my control. As I am working in medicine field, I know, how important it is to take care of my health and prevent overweight. HoloFitZone helps me on that mission. I can track my heart rate and calories while working out and as my heart rate is rising quickly, it`s good to track it on the screen while working out with hologram fitness. Usually I make decision depending on my mood, but I enjoy mostly body&mind classes and of course easy fatburners are my fave!
